My boyfriend and I were looking for a condo downtown, because that is the only place we had lived. Paul listened to what we were looking for, and showed us places in our budget that we wanted to see, but also ones he recommended. Throughout the process, he was very supportive and informative - helping us think beyond just what we want today, and making us aware of things we hadn't thought of.
In the end he found us a place; in our budget, significantly larger than what we were looking at downtown, right on the other side of the Cambie Bridge, and with all the "nice to haves" from our list. The place is an absolute gem, in the false creek neighbourhood, steps from the seawall. We love living in this area much better than downtown, we got everything we were looking for, and we have never been happier.
The reason I would recommend Paul, is because he is ALL IN. He listens, cares and doesn't want to do good, he wants to do GREAT. He doesn't want to meet your expectations, he wants to exceed them. He's knows the market, he knows people and he cares, I honestly don't know what else you could want.
