A Medallion Club member in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025 and an award-winning REALTOR with Oakwyn Realty Ltd., Paul works primarily across the North Shore: Edgemont, Canyon Heights, Upper Lonsdale, the British Properties, and the West Vancouver neighbourhoods that reward buyers who understand what they are actually buying. His approach is advisory. He helps clients understand risk, assess long-term value, and negotiate with clarity, not urgency.

Paul has lived in Greater Vancouver for over 25 years, across neighbourhoods from Point Grey to Port Moody. He now calls Deep Cove home. That depth of local experience shapes how he reads a market, evaluates a property, and positions his clients to win.

Outside of real estate, Paul stays active and spends his time with his wife Keri and their two bulldogs, Bruce and Tina.

His role is to bring rigour to an emotional process, combining market data with a clear understanding of his clients' lifestyle, goals, and long-term plans so the decision they make is one they can stand behind.
